With an early foundation at McKinsey & Company, Georg brings a structured, analytical approach to complex challenges – consistently applied through decades of leadership in global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. He pairs a commercially trained mindset with robust technical expertise and a pragmatic, results-oriented view of science and technology.

Georg holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from ETH Zurich. His career spans senior leadership roles at Roche, Givaudan, and Klosterfrau Healthcare Group, alongside his continued advisory work through Wiebecke Consulting AG.
